Return Policy



We accept returns of items purchased on within 5 days upon delivery. 

Returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee on instick items and $15 restocking fee on pre-order items which will be deducted from your refund.  Please email customer service to confirm the return, and send tracking information.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 10 business days of receipt at the U.S. Distribution Center. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 3-7 business days dependent on you right banking institution.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

As of June 29, 2020 we no longer offer exchanges upon receipt of your order we will email you an issue a shop credit that’s you can use at your leisure.  Your shop credit will be issue on a Gift Card. We only give shop credit on items if they are not defective or damaged. Only exception to exchanges will be to exchange item for the same item. Approved Exchanges may take 7 to 10 business days to ship.
