Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of items purchased on okerabanks.shop within 5 days of delivery.
Returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee on in-stock items and a $15 restocking fee on pre-order items, which will be deducted from your refund.
Before sending your return, please email our customer service team to confirm the return and provide your tracking information.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been accepted or declined.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is received at our U.S. distribution center for this process to be completed.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
Please note: Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your banking institution.

EXCHANGES
Effective June 29, 2020, we no longer offer traditional exchanges.
Upon receipt of your eligible return, we will issue you a shop credit in the form of a Gift Card, which you can use at your leisure on okerabanks.shop.
Shop credit is issued only for items that are not defective or damaged.
The only exception to this policy is an exchange for the exact same item (for example, replacing a defective item with the same style). Approved exchanges may take 7–10 business days to ship.
All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
