You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only refund shipping charges if we shipped the wrong item or if the item received was defective.
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, style, or color, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. Exchange values are based on the most recent retail price of the item.

Please use the most economical shipping method available for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse any amount greater than your original purchase.

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the time required for us to receive and process your exchanged product.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
